Project description
The proper personal protective equipment (PPE) can mean the difference between an employee going home at the end of the shift to enjoy their life, or them going to the emergency room during their shift and having a lifelong effect on their quality of life. By instructing all new employees of the importance of wearing the proper PPE within their first few days of employment and before they go on to the production floor can develop the habit of always wearing the proper protection. This can then lead to a safer and more safety-conscious workforce, which will in turn lower incident rates. With fewer incidents, there will be a lower cost for workers' compensation insurance premiums.
Aim
This training will aim to give all new hires the basic information they will need to do their jobs in a safe manner.
Target audience
