Project Summary

The project for this course was to complete the project management phase of instructional design. This included completing a self-evaluation in order to see a basis for the learner's competency level. Project teams were established by the instructor. the teams completed the gap analysis to determine the needs of the organization. Once the analysis was completed the team created the needed documents and tools to finish the instructional design. 

Team Agreement 

This is a short document that the team decideced on to ensure that the work was completed during the course. 

Gap Analysis  

This is the analysis of present state as oposed to the desired future state.

Project Charter 

This is the document that spells out the scope of the project and the needed approval to move forward witht he project as stated.

Organization Flow Chart  and Change Request Form 

This gives a flow chart to the project and provides a form for make a change request during the project.

Management Plan 

This is the schedule for the project in the form of a Gantt Chart

Storyboard 

THis is the design docuemnt for the planned CGT course developlent. 

Execution Phrase Document 

These examples of docuemnts thst would be used during the timeframe of the project. Documents include a meeting agenda and minutes, Porject change request, purchase order, procurement request and approvel and supporting docuemnts, and RACI Matrix.
