Alignment: the alignment chart showing the connection between objectives, assessment and activities, be sure to introduce the chart with an explanation of how it is used in the design process.
Assessment: assessment plan that describes how I will measure what students learn and includes sample questions, activities or rubrics
Sample Activities: A series of activities (any combination of absorb-do-connect) directly mapped to an objective.
Reflection: a reflection that addresses my growth as a designer and how I will incorporate principles of universal design for learning or best practices.
